NBCC Amrapali Dream Valley Noida Extension

Amrapali Dream Valley in Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) is a residential project featuring villas and apartments by the Amrapali Group. The project has been impacted by legal issues surrounding the Amrapali Group, leading to delays and complications for homebuyers. NBCC is currently involved in the completion of these stalled projects, under the supervision of a Court Receiver appointed by the Supreme Court of India.

Construction Status: The project is under construction, and completion is being overseen by NBCC under the directive of the Supreme Court of India. As of July 9, 2025, NBCC has completed approximately 25,500 units in various Amrapali projects, including Dream Valley, and aims to deliver the remaining units as soon as possible. However, thousands of homebuyers who invested in various projects are still waiting to get possession of their homes.

Amenities: Amrapali Dream Valley aims to provide a fulfilling lifestyle with a wide range of amenities. These include:

  • Sports facilities: jogging track, cycling track, skating rink, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, badminton court, and squash courts.
  • Leisure and entertainment: clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, party hall, amphitheatre, billiards and card rooms, meditation center, library, spa, café, and restaurant.
  • Convenience: school, medical facilities, convenience store, crèche day care center, shopping complexes, and malls nearby.

Legal Issues: The project’s development has been affected by the financial mismanagement and legal disputes of the Amrapali Group. In 2019, the Supreme Court of India cancelled Amrapali Group’s RERA registration and appointed a Court Receiver to manage the company’s properties and complete the stalled projects. While NBCC is working to complete the construction, some residents have reported issues with maintenance, infrastructure, and delayed construction.

  • Prices for apartments range from ₹34.6 Lac – ₹96.5 Lac, and villas from ₹1.75 Cr – ₹3.25 Cr.
